Basic information

Based on your zip code, your purchases shall be delivered within four or five calendar days as of the moment the order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and shall be sent through a traceable delivery service.

You may view the expected date of delivery, concerning the area indicated by your zip code, when checking out and in the order confirmation email.

For all orders, product shipping and return are free of charge.

After the shipping, you shall receive an email with the instructions for tracking the progress of your parcel, once the order is handed to our partner courier in Italy.

Your order shall be delivered between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm and a recipient’s signature is required.

We therefore suggest you make sure someone is present at the indicated address to receive the parcel.

Should the delivery not be made by the indicated date, please contact us the following day so that we may check for you.

We undertake to ensure the scheduled delivery timings, but in the busiest periods (including the sales) delivery times may vary slightly. Besides, sporadic technical updates to our operating system, or force majeur events (for example, very bad weathr) may make some particular delivery systems temporarily not available, or may affect the delivery time limit by which an order must be placed, as well as the expected delivery time. Nevertheless, we want to assure you that we will always do all we can to limit such variations as much as possible.
